My acrobat pro X does not play mp4 files in windows 10 env. It always ask me to get media players which turns out to be an empty site now.
Can anyone answer this question?

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
- Do one of the following:

- Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

Have you tried exporting both directly from Premiere Pro and with Adobe Media Encoder?
Did you try both with and without GPU acceleration?
Exactly what happens when you try to export? Is there an error message?
What is your hard drive setup (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

Everything absolutely identical.
However. The project settings are incorrect which wasn't a problem in the past.
I use former video projects as template and just exchange files where I can (much faster workflow)
In PE15 this wasn't a problem. I could render in high resolutions anyway. In PE2019 the rendering quality seems to depend on the project settings...

Ik krijg Adobe Reader niet gïnstalleerd, wat moet ik doen?
Geachte luisteraar,
Ik heb de laatste tijd problemen dat ik bijlages in mijn mail niet meer open als het een PDF bestand is.
Nu heb ik al verschillende mogelijkheden geprobeerd maar niets helpt.
Daarom heb ik Adobe Reader van mijn computer verwijderd.
Maar bij het terug installeren loopt het fout, ik krijg Adobe Reader niet terug geïnstalleerd op mijn computer.
Heeft iemand hier een oplossing voor.
Op mijn computer is Windows 10 geïnstalleerd met alle updates.
Ik heb ook in het register alle verwijzingen naar Adobe verwijderd om geen conflicten te krijgen, maar niets helpt.
Wie heeft een oplossing voor mij?

If you have observed this error on a consistent basis then most likely its due to firewall issues otherwise if it happens intermittently then it could be due to heavy load on that server/network. Engage network team, find out the server load/statistics, check GC logs, traffic volume, lb logs etc.
If you are using distributed/replicated caching then it could be related to clustered network or server overload within that cluster.Find out recent changes in the setup since you observed the error.

Help me solve this Photoshop "puzzle".
Hello,
So i want to use these two mockups in a presentation. The issue is, i want the background to be one seamless color for the sake of consistency. (Or at least where the two images meet, because i don't want to lose the shadows)
I understand that there's a layer mask for shadowing in both images on top of a solid color (in this case white) . Can i limit / crop the layer mask around the object, leaving the rest of it as a solid color?
Is there an entirely different way of solving this?

I'm a user like you so I really can't answer your question about bugs or support. I know you know this—but for others—post the questions that only Adobe can answer on the Problems page: Photoshop Family Customer Community.
I can say that I was at MAX this past fall (which I highly recommend) and did get to chat a bit with the Photoshop team, so I know that they made the two interface changes that Adam mentioned specifically to address the steep learning curve for new users. I'm a user and a trainer so I see it from both sides: great for a brand new user, but advanced users have to adapt or adjust their preferences. My point to Adam is that there are strategies we can implement for staying abreast of the updates and the bugs, and implementing them earlier rather than later will minimize the frustration. (Not eliminate, minimize.)
As for how many versions I keep installed? I teach and use (and support) InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and FrameMaker. I keep three versions installed of each: the two latest versions plus CS6 on the CC side and FrameMaker 2015 (before its major interface change). If a new release is buggy, my strategy is to use the older version until I see here that it's stable. And I have learned the hard way to never upgrade an application or an operating system when I'm in the middle of a job with a deadline or before I start a new class.
I'm a realist. Life requires that we develop coping strategies. So do computer applications.

An iphone is not the same as a Mac computer... you may only use iphone apps, not real programs
